Google Trans tells me it is side and shoulder coverings. Not a complete re-upholstery. He has sold seat bottom side bolster covers for years. He seems to be expanding things a bit.

Nice, I could use a couple, or at least one for US passenger. Mine has the typical JDM driver's wear.

im sure if he is doing the sides he can do the entire seat, or has the measurements saved for the full seat. Maybe down the road I can order a full recover from him.

HOWEVER, Mazda no longer includes the clip (circled in red) with the lower belt strap. I know because I purchased two from Mazda, and only one came complete. When I tried to get a replacement part, it was also missing the small clip. It took me a bit to find one, but I did. The part number is: F104 88 6H8 02

ESH is going to be dissolving after the new year for another venture, not sure if Alex will still offer these after that point.

Darn, that's too bad. Not that I have RS Limited Recaros in need of reupholster, but it's still sad to lose a local resource. It seems most auto upholstery shops are only good enough to do taxis, work trucks, fishing boats and American hot rods.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead. But i was wondering if any of you guys may know how to safely remove the seat belt retainer at the top of the seat?

I bought the replacement clips but didn't exactly know how to go about uninstalling them.

Peel back the upholstery from the back, and you should see some posts with removable clips.

Cool! Ill definitely check it out when i get a chance to play around with my car.

Maybe someone could help me source this missing piece of velcro lumbar support. Apparently one of my seats did not come with it when i got them. Though i could probably get something to work, but i would like to get something similar to the original piece. Thanks!
