NB Bose amp bypass - how-to pictures

After having difficulty finding clear images easily showing which wires should be jumped, I have taken these in case they will be useful to others.

This is the female plug of the factory Bose dual amp assembly from a 2001 LS with the single din Bose system.

    Completed bypass plug.

And each jumper in order to accurately show them... in case of color blindness or the such.

It's not needed to keep both wires from the two wire terminals, I did so to keep from having any cut wires. I de-pinned the now unused wires as well.

I want to also include this image swiped from M dot net. This is a simple diagram showing which wires to jump, but it is from the male side/harness side of the amp connector.

Perfect. Actually just managed to unplug the harness. Going to us this and just put wires into the male end and tape it all up.

So I finally was able to get it all out. And I cut off the female plug from the BOSE unit. Granted I have a 1999...and compared to the one you have above... I've got extra wires in positions... I & J (single black wire each), and B (2 orange wires) - but these orange wires don't look "factory." Thoughts?

Those are the wires I removed by depinning them.

Connector before any wires were removed.

Bottom right (B position) are orange, camera flash just washed it out to look a bit yellow.

Oh perfect! I thought you were referring to the doubles (green/black/red). That makes things easier. Thanks for the clarification.
