    I didn't until I added the turbo and larger exhaust to mine, which makes sense. I still need to do something about that, it's not bad, but I can feel a little extra heat in the tunnel area and I get some hot air coming up around the e-brake handle.
    I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

    I only use a hardtop in the winter, so maybe this would work great for those freezing temps...................

    I attached one of those adhesive heat reflectors under the transmission tunnel when I changed my clutch and it totally eliminated any heat.
