LOL. I probably will end up making the file if I can't find one shared somewhere. It's just going to take me some time to take all the dimensions, especially since my car isn't put together.

RetroModernUSA makes a really nice looking one if I recall correctly?

I actually have a custom set of the RetroModernUSA wiper caps, but he doesn't make a cowl panel. At least not that I know of.
