Determining firstly exact make/manufacturer, and secondly value, of dual headlights

These came with a car I recently purchased and was hoping for some tips on figuring out who made them and what they're worth (considering going back to some hella e codes). All I know is that they were installed between 1997 and 2006 (PO didn't even realized they weren't stock ).

    Thanks!

Need to see the buckets. I'm referring to the metal that is holding the lights, a side-side or a 3/4 front would probably do it. Removing the lids shouldn't be necessary. From the light units seen in that pic, I would initially say they are Brainstorm low-profile units, but the bucket shape/design is the indicator.

Yup, looks like Brainstorm Products headlights. The lights are known for letting water in and they degrade. They are NLA.

Here's an old ad from a Miata vendor for comparison:

    https://www.gomiata.com/bsplowprheki.html

You could sell them for $300-400, but look at the others currently on the market, like those made by Moss or Jass, to get some pricing range:

I've never installed a set of the BSP lights, so maybe look to see if the installation instructions are available online somewhere. Some lo-pro kits required modifications that could be difficult to revert back to stock, or another set from a different manufacturer.
