MIATA...incredibly fun to drive - as that is its only purpose for being.
This is one of the coolest threads on here - thank you for sharing.
If you ever decide to sell the footrest, let me know.
This is starting to shape up really nice!
NC1 Sport, BC Racing Coilovers, RE Amemiya AW7 Wheels.
Thank you very much guys!
Got some little parts and installed them. A new behind the seats loop pile carpet, chromed rear deck plates and a new AC control panel plate.
Also there are now seven Eunos CDs. Unfortunately the Love Light CD has the wrong case.

A few weeks earlier there was a little damage to the rear bumper due to a hit and run accident.
There is now fresh paint for the rear bumper and because I wanted to have it as good as possible for the moment I furthermore bought all new oem bolts, clips and nuts.
The rear tow hooks and the upper metall bar above the rear impact element were powdercoated. Everything was cleaned and build together.

Thank you, Martin. Yes, I know many leave them off or use aftermarket items but for me it´s fine like that.
But you never know what will be in the future.
I finally got my hands on a like new Eunos Love Light CD with cover.

I only drove 1500 km this year. After finishing the rear bumper action I had a last sunny drive with my girlfriend.
During the year I already made a date for welding the sills and some small rust spots I spotted during work.
So the car sits at a shop for some bodywork which is specialized in Miata cars.
Sometime in the future I´m planning to modernize the suspension due to it´s age. Therefore I already ordered all new wishbones, tie rod ends and lower ball joints.
Also there are H&R sway bars. I'm still undecided which suspension should be installed and would like to do test drives at some point.
But there is no rush for this and which year... so collecting parts for it is no bad task.
Since I bought the car in 2017 I´ve been looking for the original 5 speed Nardi leather shift knob. This one came oem together with the Nardi 2000 type 1
steering wheel for this S-Special Roadster but was also available as an option part.
To find one in good condition at a good price is not an easy job. During the year I was lucky.
It´s the same knob that was used for some special edition Miata.
I ordered the coated gauge cluster surround. I don´t like the non coated one and it´s broken in one place.
Also there is a spare set of scuff plates.

impressive collection & car
I found a few pictures from 2019. Not the best quality so but it was an awesome visit.
The weekend in Augsburg, Bavaria and visiting the Mazda museum Frey was a gift for me.
Unfortunately we couldn´t make it with the Eunos. Due to really bad weather situation (rain and hailstorm) we decided to use the daily driver.
If you want to find out more about the museum, have a look here.
