Hello MazdaRoadster,
I have a 1992 Miata that used to have a 1.6 viscous 4:30 rear differential.
I now have a Torsen 3.9 differential along with the related axles and driveshaft to make that Torsen differential work.

For my Ecotec engine swap I plan to eliminate the adapter plate and the Miata 5 speed transmission next winter to install an AR5 transmission. (same transmission that would be in a Solstice)
To do that I may want to eliminate the PPF (Power Plant Frame) by using the K-Miata kit to support the rear end.

From the K-Miata website:
====================
Sorry, 1990-1993 owners will need to swap the rear subframe to a newer version since the 1.6L cars did come come with any attachment points for a rear subframe brace.
====================
If I go this route I will need to swap in a 1994 to 2005 rear subframe.
I think I found a nice low mileage 2004 subframe I might hoard until I do the swap. But it is a bare subframe. My questions is:

Will all my 1992 rear suspension parts swap over to the 2004 subframe?
