I assume some or ones by now has documented everything for what is correct for a bone stock restoration because this would be a great candidate. Why is it, I do not see anyone selling (repro) restoration stickers for detailing the engine compartment, truck and door sills? With an AMX of Javelin this is a big deal (sometimes too big of deal) but you get my point. It seams that everyone is interested in modifying their Miata's not restoring them (me too). It seams quite funny that we claim to Love our Miata's but can't stop changing them at the same time (me too)!!! Having said that I need to paint my car someday and would like repro stickers, just to add that finishing touch even though it will be modified mechanically. If anyone does know of someone who repro's stickers could you Please pm me? Thanks

Mazda makes reproduction stickers. Ask your local dealer to order them for you.

I know what you are asking, I went through the same thing with my '71 'cuda (and I am now modifying a 1996 M edition, but I want to do things in a way that are reversible if the car is suddenly worth "One Millions Dollars" - Dr Evil reference).
Mazda has started a refresh program in Japan where they will restore your roadster, plus they have started to re-manufacture older NA parts once again. As for the stickers, I would assume so, but it is a matter of when they will do it for the USDM. I did pick up a new NA6 Black dash, and I know that Randy picked up a new hard top, both purchases were from Mazda dealers.
I have a 1997 Mitchell Collision Estimate Guide that has all (or most) of the part numbers for the NA stickers and NA parts. I bought two sets of what stickers were available about 9 yrs ago now, not wanting to re-live how to get nice repro's stickers down the road.
