2,000 rpm - light wheelspin, no bog here!
Ruined Work Equipe CR-01s?
Long standing project to refurb some CR-01s. I know these had been previously refurbished with new chrome German bolts in 2008. Roll on 11 years, and pretty much every bolt is toast; failed chrome, rusted. And the lacquer on the powder coated centres is lifting.
Split all the wheels

But polishing the first outer part of the barrel, is it all for nothing. On this rim, it appears that more of less every rim bolt hole has ovalled, like the bolts were loose of something. Perhaps because the wrong bolts were used, or they were loose?
So:
1. They all go like that, nothing to worry about.
2. Ruined, you need new parts
3. Ruined, but can be repairs (insert suggestion, tig welding, etc)

6,000 rpm - mere mortals would shift
Looks like it was been improperly tightened down. That being said, I would not worry too much about it. Centering of barrels to the wheel center is being done via the lip on the center part, and the tightening action of the bolts is due to clamping/friction on the bolt flanges. Clean them up, inspect for cracks, get new bolts and use them.
