    Time to go...

Well, it's been a great time out here in SOCAL the past 5 1/2 years, but I have to say goodbye to KINOD, SOCM and the Project 5 communities.

My wife has accepted a position and promotion in Raleigh, NC. She is due begin on May 14, so this means we have about 2 weeks to pack and move our lives back to the east coast.

It has been a tremendous pleasure and honor to have been a part of such a huge, diverse roadster community in SOCAL. By far, the best I have been a part of in my 12 years of ownership. I have made so many great friends and have a collection of memories that I'm sure will last a lifetime. It has been great ride, but we have to go. I will still be a part of the online community and I look forward to making new friends in the NC areas.

Thanks, everyone! I am a better person for having known you all!

wow, bit of a move... don't know if you've got a place already chosen out there, but lots of transplants in Cary. It was a great area when I lived out there 12 years ago. They had grown from 10k people to 100k in the previous 10 years. The local joke was Cary stood for Containment Area for Relocated Yankees.

Best of luck for you guys!

    Thanks everyone.

Tina and I are reading the comments here and on FB and we are touched.

Tina's NB has inner/outer tie rods, lower ball joints and upper ball joint boots that REALLY need installation. My car possible has an exhaust leak at the cat/mid pipe flange. I am thinking the slave may be weakening. A reinstallation of the MSPnP and newly built COPs would be a nice bonus!

If you all want to get crazy, I could use and appreciate some help with the rear main seal, and resealing the oilpan!

As of tonight, it looks like we depart this crazytrain on May 3.
