Looking for a little more pep and sound for a 1.8 NA. What's a good budget pick out of these?

I am absolutely in love with it. Volume wise? Its probably louder than a 747. No.

I found that around 80mph the exhaust is almost silent.

I could be getting a lot more drone than others because my car is gutted, But you definitely cant have a conversation in my car at 80mph. Thats ~4k rpm's, which is really loud in my car.

I don't have any carpet in my car either, but it's still not too bad. I'm around the same RPM too... maybe it's cuz of the midpipe I have

Took my NB to the muffler shop and did a muffler delete.

Now running a straight pipe axleback with resonator as seen in the photo.

Custom straight resonator pipe axleback with pea shooter tip for a discreet stock appearance. Exhaust note is deep and throaty throughout the RPM range with zero to no burble, pops, flame shootage. Cabin noise is slightly louder than stock (bear in mind I have deleted my soft top and carpeting). Highway drone is very minimal, just enough to know its there but not overbearing. I can hold a conversa
tion with my passenger sufficiently...actually the wind noise is louder than the exhaust note. Weight savings, a bunch. (Didn't weigh the OEM backbox but its noticeable, the car's acceleration/braking/cornering abilities have been improved exponentially). Overall I am more than satisfied, free flowing exhaust set up but not at the compromise of excessive/obnoxious noise decibels. I would say this set up is maybe 6-10 decibels louder than stock.
