    Bikini top, the G-string

*Includes bow and latches already installed!

Alright so I bought this awesome G-string from a friend and it doesn't fit my car. Hard dog bars sit a bit further up then autopower so I'm screwed.

BUT! This can be a great time for someone with a hard dog bar and money to own a fantastic Bikini Top! The bow is cut well, the latches are solid and for a limited time I'll throw in tons of PVC pipping so you can get the perfect bar!

The thing is damn near perfect! Now I know you guys wanna prance around in a G-string so now is the time to buy! I'm selling this beauty for $425, shipped, anywhere in the 48 states. Thats right, 425 bucks!?!?!?! I must be out of my mind... SO BUY BUY BUY!

Ignore my dirty room, please. Also it is in Tampa, I can ship whenever and for fun... fabulous man!

    More info:

Great write up: RevLimiter did an excellent write up and review of his G-String install: http://revlimiter.net/blog/2011/06/miata-bikini-top/

    How to size:

In honor of the change in the editing of posts I have dropped my price of this top! I also want to be part of the group buy on a new one so I have drop the price to 425 shipped THATS INSANE!

My post was a little unclear. IT WORKS FOR HARD DOG BARS NOT AUTOPOWER. Thanks folks

I've been considering one of these but I thought they were all the same size and the straps were adjustable. Why won't it work with the autopower?

They cut the leather based on the length from the frame to roll bar. The Autopower sits about 2 inches back from a hard dog bar. Its total length is 27 inches to the rearmost point from the handle. There are straps, but if the leather doesn't sit on the roll bar, it just doesn't sit.

Ah ok, it's good to know that the "one size fits all" doesn't apply if it was cut shorter during the install.

You're not getting it. The PO didn't cut it during install. Project G cuts the material before sending it to you. Bikini tops are not one size fits all.

I understand that but the rest of the top is the same besides the length. It seems like they cut it to length to save material so can't you get the longest possible and cut it yourself when installing? The reason I'm wondering is because I haven't decided on a roll bar yet so I don't know what length I'll need.

No, they cut it and stitch it. There is extra padding on the part that goes on the roll bar. If it went over, it would flap in the wind and be very annoying.

It depends on the length between the frame and your roll bar. But yes, if the length is right it will fit your car. To all others, I took it out today when going around town. it is a little short for my car, but damn its awesome. I love this product! Project G has done an outstanding job, someone is gonna love this thing.
