BSP Low Profile Bi-Xenon conversion
I think this is the first succesfull hid conversion for the BSP low profiles
So heres my car fitted with the projectors. I had to use the inner because there wasnt enough room on the outside. Now only i need to find some other lens that will fit in the outside. These are the original brainstorm lenses.
The projectors itself are Morimoto mini D2s projectors, The front lens are rear backuplights from jokon. These had the perfect shape i searched for. Pretty simple, cut open the back of the jokon lens slide the projector in, and custom made "housing" for weather sealing.

Also had the cut the original BSP units to fit the projectors because the didnt fit trough the hole where the sealed beams where. But all together these things are amazing.
Not my pic but this is the cutoff of these amazing projectors.
When the weather is getting better is will make better pictures.
Here is an example hoe it will look like. I will make a picture myself soon
In for updated pimp NB content when it comes!

i really like the look of low pro headlights but dont think i wanna spend 500 just yet. i have seen the stock NA headlights that have been moded to only come up half way..
how well do the lights work after that? as far as brightness. pretty much what im asking is.. will i still be able to see at night?
and how hard is it to mod the lights in this manner?
thanks,
Corey

Are you referring to "sleepy eyes" where the stock popups are only half-up? If so, then you need to be aware that the headlights are not "functional" as headlights in this position. (How could they be, since they are pointed at your bumper?) This effect is achieved to let fresh air into the engine bay, and when the headlights are needed they must be returned to full-height.

Well you can mod your linkages to work that way, but you have to add different lights..... I did. I used projectors out of an 01 tiburon with silverstars.......a billion times better than stock.
my custom S2k retrofit in 99 NB housing, and custom projector fog lights.
ill get better pics when i have time.

Test fitting the lids. Finally got the acrylic lens covers molded and fitted under my trimmed OEM lids.
Big Thanks to Bill Wilner at MiataRoadster for letting me use a set of pristine lids to shape the covers.
oops just realized this may not belong here. Mods pls delete if inappropriate. kthnxbye
Extremely curious what lights you got there mike
There needs to be more choices for NB owners.
Please more details of your setup mike. I would love to get rid of the popups.
