well ....... they look aftermarket to me. Are they from a tuner or custom made? They are pretty neat looking none the less.

Pilot clear lens housings from Amazon
The Retrofit Source: Mini H1 stage III kit
Dremel housings, mount projectors, paint

That was all custom IRRC using P-928 headlights, there was another guy that did an even better version of this in Japan where they actually do the full spin like on the Porsche.
Here is a similar setup from RS-Active in Japan, but no longer available I'm afraid.
I do believe there was someone that had imported this bumper into the USA, and the car it was on recently popped up on Craigslist?
So does anyone know who bought that one white NA in Cali rocking that RS-A bumper/hood on the Craiglist ad? I sent that link to several friends in Cali but none of them got it

The bumper and Hood are the only RS-A parts, the flares look to be Auto-Try, and GV side skirts, lots of stuff thrown together.
The bumper and Hood plus some T99-N2 Flares would look much better IMHO
