I doubt the one in Goldsboro is ever going to be that great or big. If I do, it'll be the Wake Forrest one.

Let me know. I have to take one of the wheels back to Discount Tire. One of the valve stems has a slight leak. Other than that, I am ready to get it back on the road.

Drove the car on Saturday and to work today. First impressions. These things are sticky. Second. Definitely louder than the Neo Gens. Car feels like it has a little more pep than usual. Not sure if I can attribute that to the lighter wheels or what. But I like it. Will give them a couple more weeks before I decide which I am keeping.

So RPFs have been sold. When looking at my car, it just seemed so blah. I needed the gold for pop. If anyone has a lead on some gold RPF1s (14 or 15), please let me know. Wideopens are back on the car. Had the hardtop off for a bit and adjusted my latches. Car is all buttoned up now.

I'm not a fan of 14" on the NB, aesthetically. Have you considered RPF1s in 16"? I like some 16" wheels on the NB and it opens up your tire selection a little.

16"s are slightly less JDM tho. Get 13"s.

I have considered the 16" but I like the look of the 15" on it. I will stay put for now on the wheels. Have other things in mind to purchase but am not in a rush in any way.

Let me expand on the point further...

16x7 will give you an opportunity to step up to 16" tire sizing, which by all accounts will move you in to a wider selection of 'quality' tires. I mean upper echelon manufacturers, if that matters. You also get a larger wheel face, or more pop for the color gold you like. You can save the 15s for track or autocross, 16s for daily driving and touring. The 16" sizing will give you the sport-touring sizing found on sports sedans. Better in the rain, quieter, a better quality tire if you will. The 40 or 45 series profile will still offer a crisp turn in. I point back to this choice on the the e30 I had. Those were 16" wheels and I chose quieter, yet sportier top-tier brands and it was great for every day.

I forgot that those were 16s. They looked good. I will look into that as well now.

So, on wheels with a deep or stepped lip/barrel, the wheel centers look smaller than the overall diameter. If you want that look, the overall diameter is important. Those particular wheels were 16x8 +15 IIRC. The centers were probably 14" because of that big, deep stepped lip.
