Dug up some old posts about the Autoblaze window trim on Google. So thrilled to see it was considered the holy grail of JDM parts 13 years ago already! It seems nowadays everyone seems to have forgotten about it.

While flipping through the new #42 of this great publication, there are many new exterior/interior items that jumped out at me:
1) While this one has been elusive as the honored Stainless Steel window frame that Autoblaze used to make, S2 Racing has re-introduced a set of RX7 FD3S driving/turn-signal lamps-called the "Zero One.".

Looks great on your car. Maybe I'll have a chance to see it in person in a couple of weeks when I am in San Diego.

It is a very nice piece. Chromed on both sides. It is affixed with double-stick tape and has been on "Red Dwarf" for four years.
The purchase price was over $300, but I got it from the Miata.net classifieds for $75. It took a year to get the courage up to put it on.

This is the holy grail of all Japanese parts. The only think you can do to even come close is to use mirror chromed vinyl which they have been using in Japan for some time now.
Here is another shot of the Autoblaze frame

Autoblaze quit making the vent window kits a few years ago. They also made polished kits for the windshield header that is to die for. I been searching for this part (new or used) for 4 years now...Anyone out there with the header kit?

I have been looking for the Autoblaze Windsheild frames for a long time as well to no avail. However, somebody was selling one in Japanese yahoo auction last week but it only had to top frame and it was well used. Keep your eyes opened @ yahoo auction, you may have your luck there.
I was wondering who used the Buy it Now, nice score man!!
Thanks
That autoblaze trim is killer! Looks to be in awesome shape. Get it installed!
Will do, as soon as my engine is back in! It does look good. The quality is so much better than the chromdesign (plastic) surround. Uncomparable!
Beautiful AWD surround by the way, and thank you again for the heads up for the KG works shiftknob!
Plz post pix when you get that grill installed Cermivelli.
I see your shipping cost $28 and 1 item at $150 but what's in the box Jamie??
So, well, time for my first official post. Among other stuff, today I purchased a used Personal Grinta steering wheel, and a used and abused Cusco lower brace (can't remember exactly what it is called in Enlish, so if you know, please enlighten me)
The man asked,
I guess I better deliver.

Holy shit. Either NB AWD stuff is carrying s huge premium or my into the blue gauges just got a ton more valuable.
Yeah I was watching that auction this morning.
The parts in that auction that bring the premium are the Limited Edition Thick Gauge Rings that Dewa-san made. IIRC he had 3 versions, and they all had the glass inserts on the NA, not sure about NB though. When new they cost about $300+ for the set of rings w/glass, and he only had them available on his site for a short time. Once he sold out he never made them again.
After demand surfaced again RS-Refine starting make their own version, mostly on a limited basis too, but with polycarbonate lens. (I was on the 2nd and 3rd group buy).
