110K miles but all there... mats, Nardi knob and BBS intact. Seats look pretty decent. $5600.

This crash pad....it's lifted. Can it be repaired? or is that seam glued into the upper portion of the dash?

Probably just the vinyl lifted off from the foam pad. Remove the whole thing, glue the vinyl back and reinstall the pad with silicone.

Yep, that pad can come off of the dash. See Revlimiter's blog on leather dash wrapping for good pics. I'm 99% it's just glued on , but it's been a very long time since I removed an NA dash.

This has happened to three of my 93LE dash pads. I've never seen it happen to a black one. The foam deforms in that location and bulges.

So just take apart the dash and re-glue basically?

Actually, there's nothing to glue. The vinyl crash pad material is backed by foam which is glued to the shaped plastic behind that. The vinyl doesn't separate from the foam or the foam from the plastic it just bulges for some reason.

That makes sense, how to address it though?

I thought of perhaps putting glue mix into a syringe and injecting it in several areas of the foam and the clamping it flat, but i never tried it. All three of my 93LE dashes have the same issue.

Ire-covered a crash pad with my second Miata. I think I actually used silicone, and it held well
