Interior panel cutting for this roll bar sucks. There are no good pics out there to guide me. B-G's site is of little use

Aren't there raised dots on the inside of the panel on where you should cut? I know mine had them but I didn't find that out until after it was cut.
Never mind. I misread that. I thought you were cutting for the side latches. When I cut my panels, I just eyeballed it and they came out pretty nice.
I just eye balled it and used a small hack saw and tin snips and felt trimming until it cleared the bars.
not really. I'm trimming it to fit with the hard dog m2 bar. So far, I've had to cut it in half. The BG directions give me a pic of that cut, but then you have to trim for tower and seatbelt clearance. bleh
Just a quick and minor polish of the 3rd brake light. Was looking dull compared to all the new GV bits.
Is it working now, Jamie?
Ha, of course it is. After we all left C&C I went to the nearest parts store to buy the bulb.
Yeah I cut mine in half as well. =(
I installed a new badge
So I took the drivers seat out of my car today so I could work out how to take it apart. After it all went back together I wrote the following disassembly instructions:
3 Screws per seat: Star screwdriver
2 Bolts per seat: 14 mm spanner
On the console side, remove the central screw.
On the door side, remove the screw from the centre of the circle.
Bend the top down, expose and remove the screw holding the seat back plastic cover.
Remove the cover by sliding upwards.
This exposes two bolts which require removal.
I emailed the request to some sellers of seats on eBay UK that I would buy their seats if they could disassemble them for shipping.
One has replied so now I'm buying these. They were the cheapest ones too

I purchased this from eBay and it is a British piece, however, it's about 5 years old... I was always nervous about messing up the install. Truth be told, I over thought the installation. It was pretty easy. I used the spray adhesive (Super 77) instead of rubber cement. I also took my time. I stretched the leather out over the hood for a couple days... taking it on and off (before glue) so I could get used to how it felt, and lined up. It's pretty straight forward if you take your time.
