Ok guys, summer is coming, top down weather is already here!
I'm sure by now you guys are familiar with the G-String by Project-G. We all love driving top down to experience with the open air feeling, but I don't know a single person who enjoys the sun beating down on them, especially when sitting at a signal or even worse, in traffic. If you find yourself trying to drive next to large trucks or waiting under overpasses just for the shade, then the G-String is for you! We think of it as bringing the shade with you.
Project-G is offering a Summer Shade group buy on our G-String DIY Kit. This is the standard G-String DIY Kit. The kit now comes with 1 set of plastic end caps, which need to be attached with weatherstrip adhesive. We also offer Metal end caps by request, which need to be welded in place and painted. Both end up having the same appearance, but we found some prefer the more positive attachment provided by welding them. Please keep in mind, this is a "kit" which means there is some assembly needed on your end to complete the installation.

2 - Standard Welded Chrome D-Rings for the rear mounting
4 - Heavy Duty Webbing Straps
1 - Blank Center Brace (needs to be shaped and fit to your particular car)
