    Retro Window Switches - NA

    Retro Window Switches

    • Plug-and-play power window control for all NA Miatas (89-97).
    • OEM fit and finish. It bolts on and plugs in like the stock piece.
    • No core charge! No OEM parts are used.
    • Brushed aluminum switch plate, stainless steel guard hoops, and chrome dipped switches.
    • High current industrial switches can handle a lot more juice than the weak stock switches can.

Go to my store for price and ordering info!

The plastic frames are now cast parts. I'm not hacking apart OEM switches to make frames any more.

I have a supplier for OEM-style connectors. They plug into the factory harness just like your OEM switch does. I add 20" of 14 gauge wire and have a factory-style wiring harness.

Water jet cut plates with precision that I didn't think was possible with water. My new supplier should have no problems keeping me in plates forever.

    IN STOCK!

If you've been following my progress over on CR, you'll know that this post has been a long time coming. About 6 months. Every step has been a struggle. But man... it was worth it. Being able to just make up more of these whenever I have time and materials. It's a great feeling.

Now that I have a decent water jet place, you might see some new stuff coming soon.

I've updated the original NA Retro Window Switch!

The front metal plate now sits flush with the console.

    So flush. Such OEM+. Wow.

I re-re-re molded the window switch frame to allow for a flush mount. This is now the 5th generation (mark 5) window switch frame. The previous 3 generations were just strength and assembly improvements. This is the first visual update to the switch.

Why would I keep working on this old product? Keep improving it? Because every detail matters.

These are in stock now. Same price as before.

And if anyone would like to update their current Retro Window Switch to flush mount, just fill out an order form and I should be able to help you. I made up some extras just for this possibility.

Makes me wish I had power windows! I've debated installing them but I'm too attached to my M2 transmission tunnel carpet setup to change now. But damn those look good!

Just...? Just what? The suspense is killing me! (Jk)

When you think an excellent product can't get any better, this happens. It just looks like it belongs there. So awesome!

    Adam, a question for you.

Where do you get your OEM style connectors? I've purchased a jdm spec window switch (short wire length) and am looking to lengthen the wires with a bridge piece if you will, and would like to use em connectors.

The NA6 J-Spec switches have the longer wire connectors, the NA8 J-Spec has the shorter one IIRC
