I had several Mazdaspeed Wheels, sold them all off
The one posted above I think I got from you several years ago Randy IIRC
It was in super mint condition
I should be rocking the Mazdaspeed soon. I want to refinish the center portion before I install, but I test rocked it:

Finally got around to installing my Design Giugiaro Nardi wheel today. Not really sure where the wheel is from originally but I got it off ebay for $65, so I'm very happy with it. It is actually all black despite it looking somewhat brown in this photo. Still tons of work to do on the interior, but it's nice to have a wheel that isn't crumbling in my hands. Once I get the interior cleaned up a bit better I'll post follow up shots.

Got rid of the OEM wheel for this.IMG_20131007_210134_368.jpgRX-7 wheel off Ebay came in the mail today.
Just by chance this came lose and was hanging down by the gas peddle.91%20airbag%20module.jpg
Disconnected the Air Bag computer and pulled the Air Bag light. No annoying buzz/beeping.
I like the RX-7 wheel. It has a nice retro looking feel to it.
I have a momo prototipo and I hate it. It's EXTREMELY flimsy. I'm sure someone would like to buy it, but once I get a proper Nardi or a decent race wheel it's coming out and getting sold.
Do not get the prototipo if you're looking for strength in a wheel.

I don't know what your experience with wheels are, but how it's mounted should not affect it's sturdiness. I've had a Momo Race and various other Nardi and Sparco wheels... the good motorsports ones, and they never showed an inkling of flex.... even out of the hub. If I can bend the top part or wiggle it..... not a good sign of a quality product. I've also heard from a few people before that the prototipo is flimsy.
I'll try to get a video of it or something to show you guys. I'm like 98% it's authentic momo...
