Cool RoadsterTech Radio Blanking Plates for NA's

We have just finished our Radio Blanking Plates:

The Plates will run you $48.00 plus $6.00 shipping, Florida residents will need to pay Tax.

These are made with Marine Grade HDPE Plastic. They come in either the patterned plastic as shown or in a Matte Sandblasted look.

    Front View:

These have been machined and are true to +/- .1 mm. All of the edges have been radiused and are smooth.

You can order them either Flush mounted as shown here.

Or you can order them with a slight recess.

If your NA has the Din opening these will not work. We will have one for these shortly.

Drop me a PM with your spec's and address and we get one out to you...

    Thanks Phat's...

Door cards are coming soon... we are updating our gantry router to be fully CNC'd. When that happens I can do the door cards at a reasonable cost.

Some shots of the Matte Finish.

I was going to make a blanking plate in the Matte finish but a hose on our compressor blew out. My clamps on my gantry router are pneumatic. So I will show you the 1/2 Din plate on my car instead. Actually it is a bit smaller than 1/2 DIN. Its used to match up with an OEM Radio.

    Here is the front view

    Here is the back view

Here it is with a RoadsterTech DIN Radio adapter Bezel.

Here are both the patterned plastic and the matte finish plastic in situ...

    Patterned plastic:

    Matte Finish:

the patterned plastic gives a bit more character to the plate and is less prone to scratches, but the matte finish is a closer match to stock.

    I hope this helps.

Hey Rick, I have a set of NB door cards you can borrow if you want to make some CNC'd door cards for the NB, that would be killer!!! Those guys have been begging for flat NA style door cards for YEARS!!!!

Thanks guys! We're ready to build more of these so... Pm me with your order and either patterned or matte choice.
Randy, the NB door card loan would be great. Perhaps we could meet up the next time there's a Ricks meet, thanks!

Just curious... If I make the door cards for the NB what would everyone want them to be?
    1. Light weight (uncovered)
    3. 1/4" HDPE textured like the patterend blanking plate (uncovered)
    2. Simple Vinyl covered?
    3. Patterned Vinyl / Pleather like a waffling patteren?
    4. Leather
    5. Leather with stitching
    5. if covered would you want a storage pocket
