I got lucky and traded my Racing Beat header straight up for one these beauties. Keep in mind that this header is longer than the USDM headers and the angle of the flange on its collector is different so you'll have to make some modifications to your cat/or testpipe to properly mate this with your exhaust system. Oh and they don't have an EGR port if you're concerened about smogging your car.

this is not true for the NB1, at least not for me. i have it on my car (fed 99) and the header bolted up to the stock exhaust system with out any issues. it fit in perfect, i could pull the header out with 1 hand (i tried it just for fun).

you are correct though that there is no EGR valve. also, there is no place to use the mounting bracket that's on the header (or at least i didn't have any sort of extension). see my build thread, a custom bracket was made to bolt to. i was told that it is not absolutely vital to have, but in the long run reduced stress would be a good idea

anyway, awesome deal and GLWS. if i didn't already have one i'd be asking for a shipping quote
