    stone chip cought in heat sheild

    Anyone ever have this? must have got flicked up in a gravel car park but I just cant fish it out.



    my plan so far has been to rather then fish it out try and brake it down with some vice grips but it keeps slipping. I really don't want to take it off just because its a massive ball ache but so far I think my only option is to play whack-a-mole till the stone just falls apart.

    Try heat . Metal expands when hot maybe just enough to wiggle that sucker out.
