    wheel hub and bearing

For the past month i"ve been experiencing alot of vibration from the left rear side (driver rear). it hard to explain.
i searched every where and people are saying its my wheel bearing.

my question is should i replace the wheel hub and bearing or the bearing alone? or replace both sides?

wheels are balanced. each lug is properly tighten.
when driving i do hear a wired sound. its kinda loud too. the vibration starts at 65-75 when i go any faster than 75, the vibration stops.

    thanks for the help!

    Sounds like a 65mph shimmy at 75mph.

IMO doesn't sound like a bearing.
