GROUP BUY: Fix that busted dip stick!!! You know you want to!!!

Precision Series 1.1 Dip Stick Handle

We all HATE our broken dip stick handles. If yours is not broken as you are reading this, it's just waiting to break off and make you feel disappointed every time you look at it. We had played around with a few designs, and we found some of the obvious solutions to just not be what we were after. Finally, we came up with a solution we felt fitting for our Precision Series 1.1.

As long as you haven't broken it below the lower flange, our solution should work for you. It literally takes a few seconds to install, and holds your broken factory dip stick securely.

Here's a couple of the Precision Series 1.1 Dip Stick Handles in action.

For those of you who are looking at the design and are concerned with the added material below the flange, it will move the dip stick up about 1mm. If you continue to follow the actual reading of the stick, at the full mark you will have "slightly" more oil. When you are at the low level, you will still be safe. Or you can just remember there is a 1mm difference.

Our introductory price will be $60 and fits NA6, NA8, NB1, and NB2 - Does not work on "Soft Pull" (Cable) Dip Sticks.

We are not sure if anodized colors will be desired. We are considering supplying all the handles Machine or Polish Finish, and the lower collars anodized colors, or fully anodized. Depending on interest, we will make the decision. For the initial batch, we can do custom colors for an additional $5.

    $60 - Machine Finish (MSRP $75)
$65 - High Polish or Anodize Finish (MSRP $80)

would you say that this dipstick is pretty much a universal fit, given that the original dipstick has a circular pull handle?

It looks like the bottom slides over the dip stick and secure with the little lip. Genius mounting method!

Great new product guys! Makes me wish I didn't have the flexy unbreakable one.

Yes, Rev, you are correct. We experimented with a few other mounting methods and we finally felt we hit it with this design. Being as the already broken dip sticks are broken for a reason (old and brittle) we didn't feel comfortable with a fastening method that would basically be trying to break it apart even more.

I have put a Soft Pull (flexy unbreakable) and it looks like I'm either going to modify it to work with this handle, or I'm switching back. I am amazed how much this small piece impacts the look of the engine bay.

For this initial group buy we are able to do multiple colors with no minimum (Just as we did with the Precision Series 1.1 Oil Filler Caps). We get away with "Needing" to do sample colors so we can choose our basic colors. This is why we want you guys to take advantage of this while you can.
