Konichiwa everyone!

I'm leaving in a few hours for a trip to Japan. Going at Tokyo Auto Salon to see what's new for 2014 and visit some Roadster and Rotary shops!

I'm starting this thread that I'll try to update every day with pictures and what happened.

To give you a teaser, DAY 1 (09-01) is to go to the Japan RWB Porsche Meeting.

This is gonna be an awesome experience for you!!! You are gonna be so exhausted when you come back, but every hardcore car nut needs to experience this event at least once in there lifetime, pictures and words cannot describe how incredible this show really is !!! Once you attend this event the rest of the car shows around the world will seem like a joke.

That 11 hour flight to Japan is fun for about the first 2 hours, after that you will want to punch this screen every time they show your in flight status

DAY 1 : LANDING + RWB

Sorry for sending this late, but I didn't have any more energy yesterday (ask me why lol).

So to begin the customs have a new machine asking you to take a selfie, here's mine:



Then, one thing to remember in Japan is to always carry some CASH, otherwise you're in trouble;

So I've tested the Japan Airlines service, what can I say, it's perfect and nothing was charges EXTRA:








The only negative comment I would have is that I asked for a Sapporo and got this:


But, to compensate, the view was legendary


At one point you have to escape the awesome of being in that plane with full of cute flight attendants and get to Japan!

DAY 1 (continued) : RWB

So when I leave the bus, I arrive at Hyatt and see this car lineup, so classy:


Then I went to RWB meeting. I won't post descriptions as I let you think whatever you want about the cars, but they were tastefully done and it was real quality work with tons of details.

Problem is I have my hands FULL and taking photos with cell phone, and cars are like really close to each other, so I try to take as much of every car as possible and that's the only angle that actually works.
