Start scopping out random cars' front bumpers for profiles, then see if there are any lips that are available that could work. I know of two over here that would work great on the 99-00 bumper. Shhhh....tis a secret.

I removed the amber side reflector cover, blacked out the main headlight reflector with plastidip, black chromed (lens tint) the turn signal reflector and projector shroud... And installed morimoto mini H1s. I couldn't be happier honestly. The output, especially on high is ridiculous!
I still have to hook up the side amber LEDs and CCFL rings behind the shrouds.
That was honestly one of my biggest gripes, I just wanted some better lights haha I'm still not finding a whole heap of stuff for these cars so your thread has probably given me more ideas than any other source.
