Here is a nice photo of it installed shot from my dslr.
That is drool-tastic! It's soo damn nice. Possibly a part that causes you to start bringing other areas up to it's level. Seriously, I have a Nardi Classico, and I think that's a damn fine wheel, but that Motolita is above and beyond, sir.
Thanks. What I really love about the wheel is the horn button. It is all billet aluminum and in the center it has a mazda logo to give it that possible oem look. Here is the plastic horn that it came with. I am showing it so you can get a good look of what the button emblem looks like. I was seriously blown away to the point where I think it was modeled after an oem design.
^^^Sweet....13" or 14"?
Now search the the Motolita wood shift knob. It was available few months ago from an Ebay UK vendor but now I can't find it. That is the mahogany wood that matches your wheel.
I bought the 14 inch version. Do you mean this knob? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=191183435790
I thought many times about buying it but I like my nardi teardrop. Also the moto lita would not be the right thread pitch.
On that note though I need to see about trading my teardrop nardi knob for the lighter more honey colored one as opposed to my darker more rosewood one. They are the same part number but apparently had a slight difference to the color.
You looking for the 5 speed version? I think I may have what you're looking for.

Yes I am looking for the 5 speed version in a more honey color. I pm'd you.

I want to very much commend JamieH. My oem nardi teardrop knob I had was a more mahogany color and JamieH was willing to do a straight trade with me so that I could have a knob that matched perfectly with my car. I know it is pretty hard to find the knob and even harder to find someone willing to trade it so thank you very much.
My new to me knob is the one on the left. Jamie's new knob is on the right.

Glad I could help. It looks tits with the Motolita. Hope you find a matching handbrake soon. Or at least one good enough to refinish.
I guess I never updated this post with my latest purchase. I got my hands on some checkerboard oem floormats. Sorry for the crappy iphone picture. Better ones will be on the way when I get the far fully prepped for MATG.

I have been in the off again on again market for a shock tower brace for many years now. The main reason I never got one sooner was because my oem 1992 suspension top hats have the shorter stud length. When I upgraded and went with the fm package I made sure to get some na8 top hats. The reduced length of my oem studs would have prevented me from installing a shock tower brace.
So I picked up an older style flyin miata shock tower brace off of mazdaroadster from Martin. It was pretty dirty, but I was able to clean it up nicely. Sorry that the photo was taken with a potato. I did not want to use my dirty hands on my dslr. Better photos of the entire car will be coming soon.
It has made quite a nice difference. I would not say just yet if there is any performance gain, but it did fix quite a few rattles and shakes that my car had. It is now quieter in the cabin. I would happily do this mod again. Every other miata I ever get will now have one of these as standard.

looks great!!! Those checkerboard mats are my favorite, and that Moto-Lita steering wheel, wow amazing!!! digging it all man, keep it up!
Thanks Randy. I have many more fun ideas for the car. Sadly as the more fun they become the more expensive they are.
I still have plans on a kgworks gauge cluster in black with Revlimiter's custom gauges to match an E-type Jaguar or MGB (I am still undecided), zoom center console in black on black, custom door panels, lotus elise seats, matching e-brake handle, much grippier tires, Frog Arms, (Possible power window conversion).... The list just keeps on going.
