    2003 Sport Brakes

I was wandering if it was okay to replace the sport brakes when the time comes with standard brakes. The sport brake rotors are a half inch larger in the front and one inch larger in the rear. The standard is 10" front and rear. That is the OD of the rotors.I know less surface contact means lesser braking capabilities but will it make a difference that I should be concerned about?

When you say replace, what are you referencing? Are you intending on replacing all 4 calipers and rotors?

You'd have to replace the rotors, calipers, mounting brackets and if I recall correctly, the brake lines as they're different lengths vs. standard.
I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

I am pretty sure the pads are specific to the calipers. So you would need the pads to accommodate the calipers.

Honestly go on advance auto part and buy the rotors you need they are about $40 a piece and advance auto part always has some sale going on like $50 off a purchase of $100.

Make 2 purchases with the coupon if you need to.
