Took about 3/4" of slack out of the throttle cable today. I still need to clean the actual throttle body, a bit sticky.

    $40 tires, yay!

$80 for mount and balance by America's Tires

I'm sorry I keep doing teasers, but I really didn't take any after they were all installed. I rushed off to college orientation, which I didn't make it to because of a car accident 5 miles before my exit, I hate life, etc. etc.

    Note to self: roll fenders

Yup! I posted up a WTB thread on some facebook classifieds and a local Lemons racer wanted to offload his Azenis for $10 each. I felt like I could trust an established tire chain to do a good job so I chose them over the local shops, which I assume have very old balancing machines, that haven't ever been serviced.

Don't know if you were asking about tire or wheel specs riefdaddy, but the wheel sizes are 14x6.5 +14 and 14x7 +10 (not pictured), made by T.R.A. Kyoto and called the Drag 4. I was surprised to notice they felt much lighter than daisies, but I didn't have a scale to weigh them.

    Thanks everyone

Borrowed some space, a fender roller, a heat gun and some help from a local KINOD member for free. I love the miata community and I'm happy to have full stroke again in addition to no more embarrassing rubbing. Popped a few dents out too.

So, this is the garbage that poured out of my front-left fender, next to my size 13. No pics of the right side, but it was equally bad.

And my camera phone has made me lazy. I'll pull out the D7000 and drive to a nice spot, eventually.

Size 13 shoes?! Do your feet fold in half to work the pedals? I have size 10s and even that seems tight at times. Granted, it is a 10 wide.

Just double checked my shoes. 12, not 13 But I have never understood how anyone could heel-toe a miata. You should ask Vegard about how norse gods fit inside of miatas!

I don't know how they master heel-toe to begin with.
Sometimes I do low-speed ones just to toy around and it is like trying to do caligraphy with my toes.
