I don't know, it looks like one seat might have already been spoken for!

What are these seats? The bolsters look higher than the normal NA seats

Driver Option seats are at the upholsterer. I didn't realize that the seats had headrest speakers, but I am certainly pleased they do. My guy tested them and said they sounded good! The only problem is future replacement; if it becomes necessary, I'll have to remove the entire backrest cover to reach the speakers.
My other seats are completed, ready for use and generally look very good. My opinion on these covers is that they are a very good and inexpensive option ($460 shipped from interiorinnovations.com vs. $1200+ from leatherseats.com), however they are not perfect and my guy had a handful trying to get these to fit properly, using steam and sunshine to loosen the wrinkles. I think that once they are exposed to the sunlight and heat of Florida, they will settle in.

Wow it looks really OEM. Too bad they did not take time sewing it thus the slight wrinkles. It will age better with it anyways.
Congrats on those JDM special edition seats. I have been hunting a set for sometime now. All I came across was a driver seat last year. Where did you find them?

Work has continued slowly. Earlier this week I installed the new Walbro 255HP fuel pump. I also replaced the rusty fuel tank and rear parcel shelf covers. Now I need to cover them in Dynamat.
The Eunos Driver Option seats are a work in progress as well. My guy has had to do a lot of work to do to get these prepped for dyeing. Firstly, he disassembled the trim covers, etc. and removed the sticky paint that covered them. It's similar to the gooey painted surface of the 93LE dash. Then he sanded them.
To get the proper shade of red, you must actually dye everything a light tan color first, let it cure and then apply the red.
Complete disassembly was next and all the leather surfaces needed sanding.
The original driver's seat (now a passenger seat in the USA) had a hole worn through the bolster. My guy was going to patch it, but then decided that wouldn't be a great fix. So, he took of the entire seatback cover
and replaced the bolster leather (it goes from the bottom all the way to the perforated headrest portion). The hardest part was to match the double stitching pattern, to which he did an outstanding job!
Here they are, all dyed tan so that they can later get the final coats of red.
I can't wait until these are completed!!

The second coat of red was applied today. My guy will let them cure and verify the color match and then reassemble, if ready.

To die for.
Patience does get rewarded. Definitely worth the 10 year wait.

I see you're a fellow pipe smoker. Not to go too far off the beaten path, but what brand pipes/tobacco are you into?
