Possible alignment issues? Rear wheel toed in? Look . Help

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1406080187.037856.jpg here is a pic of my rear wheel. Seems to be very toed in? Am I blind ? Or does the na body line make it look that way? If it is in fact toed in what could possibly be causing my problem? Need of alignment ? Bad hub? Help please . Doesn't seem to be wearing tires unevenly .

Rotate the lower bolt, that is usually the first thing to bend.
A lot of folks have bent ones and don't know it.

^That is a strong possibility. Are there any signs of weird tire wear or unusual handling characteristics?
