Having fun with interior - HVAC knobs and switches questions

Working on my car's interior. Lots of small projects - perfect for this stage of life.

I'm looking for knobs like/similar to Pfunk's build for my HVAC - preferably in pure stainless



Does anyone know of a source for these?

Also, I know the power window switches need ~30A dpdt switches (allegedly also possible with 20-25A)...but the other switches...such as A/C and defroster on/off...what type of toggle switch would these guys need? I'm not electrically inclined, but assume these would be simple on/off toggles.
