Look two will need a custom bracket. And I could just have done it with oem fogs.

I would need to fabricate a bracket. Plus the lights don't fill the entire gap of the oem bumper Fog Light hole. Maybe I can source a oem bracket for a nb2.

I like the look of option 2. Nothing wrong with option 3 if it is too much trouble.

the thing with using te oem holes is using oem foglights which I don't want to use and I don't want oem fog lights... I'd really like to remove the tow hook to make it less clustered and then test fit, mount, and light them up to see if its worthy of keeping. I went through the trouble of buying and waiting for them. the least I can do is put them on the way I would like to see them. If they don't have that stealth clean look then Ill sell them to a lucky na member.

    edit:

the lights do not fill the holes for oem mounts. they have a gap circumference wise.

I've decided I'm going to sell them. Reasons are this:

I wanted to mount them in the mouth of the bumper but it would eventually get in the way of a larger intercooler. I would already have to dismount the red tow hook which I was okay with. Putting them in the stock om fog holes would work but fabrication and trying to fill the gap up with some circular plastic was just becoming more of a project I didn't want to get myself into. If I wasn't going turbo then the mouth mounts would be perfect for the look and would work out like the fd. But since none of those will happen in my non perfect world I'm going to be selling them.

You made the right choice. They never looked right anyway, IMO.

I ordered the pillar for the sake that I have a mini amp connected to my cd deck behind the unit and with a current water temp gauge above the unit. I'm placing an oil temp gsuge above the the unit as well so if I added anymore gauges the wiring behind there would be a nightmare. It would be ludicrous. So that's my main reasoning. I agree on the ricer part.

I ordered a set of brackets for the Frankenstein bolts. Hoping I wont hear as much jatter in the back.
