Yes. There are quite a few manufacturers of spun shells. A couple in Canada, too. Kodiak, VRwheels, tunershop, just to name a few.
Got this from Kodiak:
We are no longer producing aftermarket replacement shells including BBS RS and RM wheels.
I honestly do not see much rebarreling going on for 15" wheels. I've seen a lot of talk but little in the way of real results. BBS seems to have some options. Maybe some of the bigger wheels have options. I see steel wheels being rebarreled and I see width or lip being added to the back of regular wheels. Refinishing, however, seems to be thriving.
My idea is to actually barrel swap if needed. We'll see if it works.
George, there is a guy in Poland that does a lot of this sort of work. I also see a few others in eastern Europe doing it too. They sell them on a few BMW forums I visit from time to time.
They are two piece (removeable face from a single welded barrel), correct.

I may be mistaken, but you can convert 2 pc to 3 pc. Besides the guy in Poland, there is a shop in New Jersey converting 1 pc wheels to 3. There was a set of BMW "bottlecap" wheels that were converted recently, caused a LOT of tongue wagging in the e30 world.
George, here is more on that...

WOW!!! These are AWESOME!!!!!
Yes, I was blown away, too. I have many questions about them, but I have to admit, the results are stunning! I wondered how stock NA daisies might look done the same way as 3piece 15s.
