    HVAC knobs rubbing

I just installed my new RS Products hvac panel and my stock knobs are rubbing the surface, making it impossible for full range of motion. Has anyone had this problem or know a solution?

hand sand the bottoms on some 240 grit, that way it will not tear them up and help you avoid making them too short.

Yup! I stumbled across some spare knobs, so I gave it a shot before screwing up my nice ones. Worked well with a belt sander, so I took it too my painted ones. All fixed
