Sold the AGXs. Guy with a sweet silver NB. Hopefully he joins and starts coming out to the meets, which reminds me. We need to schedule another one soon. Ideas?

Play hookey friday and caravan to VIR for charity laps?
I can't pass on double time. Andy and I had that discussion already. Sorry man.
VIR will open its gates and track once again this year Friday, April 3 for an Open House and Charity Laps event benefiting Victory Junction, a year-round camp for children ages six to 16 with chronic medical conditions and serious illnesses.
We would also like to extend an invitation to anyone that wishes to attend the planting of the Son of Oak Tree, which will take place the same day, April 3, at Noon.
About nine years ago, a former employee of VIR planted acorns from the original tree, which have now matured and they have graciously offered to return it home. Measuring about three feet tall, that seedling will be moved to just outside the south end of the track, where it will be relocated for both racers and spectators to enjoy for years to come.

The cost for this ride-along will be $43 to coincide with the car number.
Austin Petty to offer ride-alongs
Austin Petty, son of Kyle and grandson of Richard will be on hand to offer rides in a Petty Driving Experience car. These rides will be $45 in honor of Adam's race car number.
From an email I received
I almost did. I was going to give it a couple of more days. Now I just need to get the seats out.
I might have to call up there, find out what the rules are for 8 year olds, also whether I'd have to secure a helmet.
EDIT-
No helmets required/regulated runs. $25/15 minute run. Properly restrained kids are OK.

You got it. Downside is all the inexperienced drivers with mustangs and corvettes who can't turn to save their life and screw it up for us with more agile cars.
No one we know I hope..... ;)
That'd be the last thing I'd wanna do.. Andy, are you going to this as well?
I don't think so, that night is opening night at Wake County Speedway.
I was going to go to wake county speedway but my brother no longer lives with me so he not going and my friend at work is visiting family for the weekend so he cant go either. So unless i can talk my daughter into going i will miss first race of the season.
