My daughter will be 16 in November. At that time maybe a few months before we will be purchasing a car for her. So that would meani would have two cars in the driveway that will fit everyone that lives at this house ao keeping the miata and putting alittle more money into it seems more reasionable instead of selling and taking a big hit on the amount of money i have into it.

Sounds good to me. I need some help doing the same. I took mine off to replace the gaskets under the frankenstein bolts, one was missing so the hardtop was rubbing on the body. It made a huge difference, the car is so much quieter now.

I was, it also scratched the paint pretty bad.
