Something just does not work with Panjo and me. After I fill in the form and click "proceed to payment", it just reloads in an empty form... Is there something wrong there or am I just being silly?

I had the same issue. That page seems to only allow a US address.

I sent Mr. Phatmiata a PM and ended up just using a dummy US address and wrote my actual address in the notes section at the bottom. Hopefully I am apart of this raffle

Might be better to contact Panjo and see if they can fix it as well.
