    Exclamation Rollbar PSA

Not going to rant or preach, just posting pictures of a rolled miata on a flat, straight road (Alafaya) in Orlando near UCF.

    Dang!!
I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

I'm regretting not jumping on a rollbar that was for sale not terribly far from here a month ago. Unfortunately, the ad is down, and at the time I was still reeling from a new home purchase in November and the holidays.

Had my first drive topdown, and realised my head is higher than the rollbar and the windscreen frame. Need to do aomething with my seats

Had a oak tree fall during a hurricane back in 2000. It covered my parents driveway and the 5 cars in it. My miata had a 24" thick branch fall right on the rollbar. It saved that car as I had to replace the hood and trunk and that big log was sitting right on the rollbar. There was so much weight on the miata that the 205/50-15" tires where flatter than a pancake. Quite sure it would have smashed that cockpit if not for that rollbar.
