Cheers George! Most probably I'll order directly through you when time comes (I live in Greece, so it only makes sense). I think Peter refers to his KGW cluster... ;)

Heated up mine on, checking it every couple minutes to see if I could get the lens off, I couldn't. The lens warped and I still wasn't able to get it off. Made a thread, everyone said not to heat, slice along the glued edges with an xacto. So, you might want to consider altering your directions.

What fwdtamiya said, ^^^
I had to CUT all of mine off with an razor blade by scoring it over and over and over, I have built at least 10 Gauge Clusters from Dewa-san, all by cutting the NA lens off.
NB is simple, just has those push in clips
I've removed the glass from 3 NA clusters. I never bothered with any heating or cutting or anything. I used a wide flat blade screwdriver and just carefully worked around the edge, popping the plexi free. I didn't break the glass on any of the clusters and none gave me much in the way of difficulty. Probably 10 minutes of work each? It was so easy that I didn't think anything of it.
The trick is getting it started. Once you have enough room between the plexi and the cluster to get your screwdriver in (which involves wiggling the driver for a few seconds to create the room), you just slowly work around the cluster.
I'm not trying to brag. It was seriously easy to separate the plexi and the fascia every time I tried.

As above, I just used a small flat blade screwdriver to get the front off and install my yummy Revlimiter faces. Looks like I might have to break out the screwdriver again as these look nice!!

Just so no one misunderstands, we're talking about doing this.
Breaking the plexi away from the gauge cover. NOT just removing the gauge cover itself.
