    Miata Newbie!

After lusting for years, the chance came along to grab a nice clean NA, 1990, 144+K miles, pretty much unmolested as near as I can tell. Will work my way thru it slowly and enjoy the Florida winter top down.

I'm a life long mechanic (now known as technician), starting in automotive, followed by 30 years in marine, and now in small engine, lawn and garden. I like this last one best, especially in Florida.

In my day, I owned and S2 Lotus Elan, and this feels a little like coming home again. Once she's been sorted a little, I'm going to go find me a cloverleaf, where I first learned to push the Elan, and see what she'll do. Goodness knows there are no twisty roads around here!

Looking forward to reading and learning and participating.
