Damn, glad the rollbar did it's job. And I guess that CRV really wanted to merge?

WOW! Glad you are ok, and also glad that you decided to stay in the miata game. I've seen people part out and get something else for something way less serious than this.

Yep
That's scary I know someone who rolled an ND and had skull/spinal fractures.
Yep, elderly asian fellow. At least his insurance paid for damages.
It was easier just to stay with a miata, honestly.
Most of these photos seem old. For as long as the car has been available to the public, people have been rolling them and roll bars have been there to protect us.

Really glad you are alright and moving forward despite another car accident. A beautiful roadster that just keeps getting better all the time!

Finally cut up and installed a plastic steering column panel I had imported a long time ago. Glad to be rid of the heavy metal piece and have one texture of plastic flow from left to right.
And, I bought a 2nd toy

cool idea for window switch relocation!!
Yes the metal panel sucks, ditched mine for the plastic version as well.
You can also just trim the backside of the black plastic steering column cover and the plastic knee panel will fit in without cutting it.
Check post # 45 on my super slow build thread

Yep! I think the U.S. was the only one to get metal, due to crash testing and knees colliding with steering column or something. With shipping, mine was $27 from Japan.
Thanks, 72' CL350. Although that might be a K tank? Not sure if the CL came with knee pads originally.
