6,000 rpm - mere mortals would shift
Oh good, it wasn't just me.
I got an email from Photobucket saying I needed to upgrade my account if I wanted to use 3rd party hosting.
I haven't used Photobucket to host images for years now. And now I'm glad I haven't. I'm Guessing this is a new change in the user agreement, which, like all user agreements can change at any time and without notice, but at least they gave notice... after it went into effect.
If this isn't the final nail in the coffin for many users of Photobucket, I don't know what will be. I'm pretty much done with it now.
P.S.
If you are now looking for a new/better free image hosting site, I recommend Imgur.

2,000 rpm - light wheelspin, no bog here!
Yep... woke up to it this morning. I didnt have a warning from photobucket, just an email today telling me I had been a very naughty boy.
A ridiculous cost to use Photobucket now, and what is most annoying is that I can't recover any of the images from there as the 'download image' button has gone too!

It'll be time consuming and you likely won't be able to get them back at their original size, but Print Screen, paste into MS Paint, crop, save as.
Not really a good solution, but it's something. Only other thing I can think of would be to toss them the money for a single month if you absolutely want/need the images ya have hosted there.
I have to imagine Photobucket started to hemorrhage money at some point and has been doing whatever it could to stop it. But everything they've done has only made it worse.
They amount of ads and pop ups on it is atrocious now. It's usally a bad sign when a site wants you to turn off your adblocker in order to view/use the site. And it's been a PITA to view an image at full size that's hosted on Photobucket for a while now.
Hope ya are able to get your images recovered one way or another.

I must have accidentally deleted my email from photobucket, does anyone have more information about this? I'm not seeing anything on photobucket's site about it. And the link they tell you to go to is just some random dude's album?

Went on to murder somes cones. And right in the section my friend was working too. Had to make sure to give'im a workout while he was working. No, but really, had fun my first time out, just left wanting more runs/driving... and for it to not be so damn hot.
I'll eventually do more events, but preferably not in the middle of the damn summer.

3,000 rpm - starting to feel the power
West Coast Michigan
The past couple of years the wifey and I have vacationed at a little marina on Lake Michigan. We rent a small condo and watch the boats come and go...very relaxing. We don't own a BOAT which also stands for Bust Out Another Thousand, but it's fun to watch em. Also we take M-22 which is a terrific coastal road to the little 'burgs along the way.

Drove it a few feet. Time for MOT. Don't use it much these days, but feels good whenever i do. Will get to sort some small hiccups soon (lock on drivers side, HVAC is stuck is just blowing at the window).
