When I took my son to U of M for orientation, I got a taste of the Ohio/Michigan rivalry when I saw this bumper sticker,
OHHOWIHATEOHIOSTATE
Clever.

Oh the hate is strong! On the day of the UM/OSU game, OSU takes out every single M from the newspaper, school signs, etc.
For the record, as a UC alum, Michigan doesn't really bother me much. UC was such a joke in football for a long time that it's hard to really hold grudges.

I probably should have taken Notre Dame, switching from architecture to industrial design would have been easier, but their ID program wasn't that big or good back then.
I found this here.

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE , someone buy my wheels. Low-ball me if you have to.

I'm not replacing the apron panel unless I HAVE to (because as you might guess, it goes all the way to the firewall):

Worry about this stuff has literally kept me up at night

Finally pulled the trigger on the wheels I've been wanting for almost a decade

Nah
FFD Motorsports Evo1 are back in production. I bought my set from AR Autoservice. 15x8+32 in Anthracite (the color on the right here):
They'll be wrapped with 205/50/15 Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires. I'm hoping for better performance out of them than the G-Force Sports that The Tick was wearing at the time of the accident.
I've been lusting after these wheels for years. Those of you who've been around for a while might remember the ATS DTC/Comp Lites that have been NLA for well over a decade.
The Evo1 was the closest to that wheel, but even it went out of production, too
I'd considered a LOT of options, even the RPF1 that I've always liked, but never enough to spend the money on. I was even considering pissing EVERYONE off by buying gold mesh Enkei92's. That said, one of the things I always loved about the FN01R-C's that came with The Tick was the Hyperblack coloring. Dark (not black) wheels have a solid understated look on Laser Blue and part of me was not looking forward to losing that.
Enter the Evo1 back onto the list

Evo1's look a lot like JRW series 500 (Jongbloed), except I personally prefer how the spokes transition on the JRW's better... but that's why there's different flavors, colors, and wheels, I suppose. The Evo1's are lighter, by a pound or so.
I'd be interested to see the Bronze Jongbloed next to the Anthracite Evo1... they're both very interesting colors and good looking wheels.
Enkei92's, like their revamped Compe's and everything else retro, are heavy. Don't do that!
