I could do a small run of them if there was interest? People would have to supply their own hardware though, which might be a bit challenging.

FWIW, I'd guinea pig them on The Tick...con mucho gusto. I actually was thinking about this with a repaint of the car coming up in the next couple years.

I think splash/mud guards have an antiquated reputation. My current car has extremely minimal flaps that wouldn’t even be noticeable unless looking for them but they are effective.
Kudos to Adam for the work and free template. Being cheap and laserless, I wonder if another option might be to buy universal flaps online and ultimately cutting them to shape with a Dremmel cutoff wheel and a little sandpaper:

You really DO NOT want to cut ABS plastic with a laser. You'll poison yourself and everything around you.
