most japanese 5 lugs are 5x114.3 besides Subies...they just wanna be different.
also important, stock 17" wheel offset is 55 (not sure about 16's). Not all 16 inch wheels will fit the car due to brake clearance, and clearance of something else (forget what) Now Phat, you gonna tell us why ya wanna know? or keep us in suspense like the Evil Overlord you want to be?

Bolt pattern is the same on those Halibrand replicas. 5x114.3mm= 5x4.5 inch.
+24 offset is about 20mm more than NCs like, though.
