I can't wait for March! I better get on it! I don't know if I agree with rule #11 though, I definitely think that Rev should be able to enter.

I agree with Ben, vendors should still be able to enter.

And if we added a vendor with unlimited funds would it be fair to the members?

True, although having more mods won't always make you a winner.

I still believe so. I do not think the members will always vote for the RACE CAR! I think it should be about the quality of the image more than anything since this is going on a calendar.

My point exactly. I would vote for HYR's car before any super ballin' yellow NC.

    I'm honored. Seriously. Thanks.

However, I see a reason why vendors couldn't enter.

    Q. What's in it for me if I win?

    A. Winners will receive a prize from MazdaRoadster.net and its forum sponsors (To Be Announced each month)
That. We vendors will be supplying prizes for the ROTM winners. I'll be giving something to the winner sometime this year. As a sponsor myself, would it be right for me to get prizes? I'm not sure. As an enthusiast, I'd LOVE to enter my car. But, as someone who makes parts in his off-hours, getting that win would be a lot of free publicity. And prizes on top of that. I'd rather give that spotlight to someone else.

And everyone's seen my car anyway. I don't think it's boasting to say that.

Of course! I understand now why it wouldn't be allowed for sponsors to submit their own shop cars. How humble of you to turn down the chance to be in the calendar for the benefit of others!

    Cal? En? Dar?

If the 12 monthly winners are automatically in the calendar, I want a recount. The way I read it, the 12 winners were automatically entered IN THE CONTEST to be included in the calendar. Not that the whole thing would be made up with the 12 monthly winners.

    man.

No, I'd not willingly give up my chances to be in the calendar. ROTM? Yes. But I love the yearly calendar challenge.

(That part is still voted on) they are just automatically submitted

Also I will create a voting poll for "each month" as well after the contest entries are in.

Hmm, I don't think everybody gets the idea behind the format of it w/ the 3 pictures that are allowed, etc..

Have I posted two 'interior' shots by posting the first photograph of the Rollbar? (Refer to post #25 in the ROTM submission thread)
I ask because I noticed that forum member "Arny" used his rollbar picture as an interior shot.
I have exterior shots that can feature the entire car from a distance like the other entries, please let me know if I should, or if I may, switch out photographs.
    Thanks!
