    Hi from sunny Athens, Greece!

    Hi guys! My name is Ilias, I live in Athens,Greece and own since September 2006 a copper red 1.8lt NC.
    I'm also a part-owner of the most popular miata forum in Greece.
    Just found out about this miata forum. Hope to also find out it doesn't suck like other international miata forums do...

    Where exactly are you located? I had visited Crete back in 1993, the water was so clear it was just amazing! And loved the Ouzo and Baklava hahahah

    96 Montego, replacing a 95M... I miss: My running peeps in Tampa, running barefoot @ Clearwater Beach and First Choice BBQ, in Brandon. In So Cal I miss: The Malibu Canyons, CA 33 and In & Out Burgers ! I'm from Tampa, if I was from Tampa Bay, I'd be a fish!

    Actually my next door neighbor owned http://www.abcpizza.com , and they would always share lots of Grinders, Gyros, Pastries, Pasta, etc.

    Hey guys!

    It's been a while since my last post...

    Thank you all for your warm welcome and hospitality!

    For those who asked, I live in Athens, greek capital city, but my father was born in the beautiful island of Crete (Rethymnon region). I have family there and I visit Crete almost every summer. Hope you don't mind me sharing some old footage, cruising in my NC...



    Last week I made a 1000km roadtrip in central Greece. Enjoy some pictures of my miata.

    We rarely get any snow in Athens so I felt like I had to shoot some photos...



    First time I drove my miata in such conditions... I run on extreme performance summer tires and the 1.8lt NCs which are very popular here are not equiped with TCS/ESP. So as you guess it was really fun...well until the living ESP on the passenger seat kicked in screaming...

    We also stayed a night at the house were my mother was born and raised, in a small village in Karditsa region.


    And since no one takes care of the house since we only visit it every 3-4 months, I thought it was a good idea to cut the grass...
